FAQ

Who is the 300-hour TTC for?

This course is designed for students who have already completed a 200- hour Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Alliance certified or equivalent) and are ready to go deeper in their practice, study, and teaching. It’s ideal for teachers who want to refine their skills, expand their knowledge, and reconnect with their own Sadhana (personal practice).

How is this course different from the 200-hour TTC?

While the 200-hour TTC lays the foundation, the 300-hour is about depth and integration. It’s less about learning postures and more about understanding the why behind the practice. It also emphasizes personal transformation, self-inquiry, and the ability to guide students through more meaningful and safe experiences.

Do I need to be flexible or advanced in asana to join?

No. While a consistent practice and foundational knowledge are expected, physical flexibility is not the focus. What matters most is your sincerity, openness to learning, and willingness to engage with the deeper layers of yoga.

What styles are taught in the 300-hour training?

We offer classical Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and elements of restorative and meditative practices. The course weaves together traditional teachings and modern insights in movement science, functional anatomy, and injury prevention.

Can I teach after completing this course?

Yes. This course prepares you to teach at an advanced level with deeper clarity and confidence. Whether you’re looking to teach full-time or simply expand your offering, it will refine both your skills and your personal understanding.
