Held in the peaceful, spiritually rich setting of Varkala, the training weaves together traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa with advanced pranayama, meditation, philosophy, subtle body work, and mantra.
You’ll explore refined alignment, intelligent sequencing, and injury-aware movement rooted in anatomy, biomechanics, and modern movement science. With a strong focus on teaching methodology and practical application, the course supports both personal transformation and the ability to guide others with clarity and confidence.
Upon completion, you’ll be eligible to register as an RYT-500 through Yoga
