Anil’s Yoga journey began at the Shantikunj Ashram, Haridwar, at a very young age when he was inspired by the teachings of the Ashram. He left home as a teenager and joined the Ashram where he served in the Ashram as a Karma Yogi for 6 years. Initially, his desire to practice asanas (postures) was met with resistance, but his perseverance led him to a qualified guru who would guide him on this path. This initial hurdle instilled in him a profound respect for patience, humility, and inner readiness—qualities that now define his approach as a teacher. It was not a right or privilege to be bestowed, but a path earned through commitment and respect for the practice.
For Anil Yoga is more than just set of techniques. It is a sacred discipline of selfdiscovery and transformation. It is about going beyond the body and realizing the true essence of the Self. Through his practice, Anil strives to connect with the deeper aspects of his being and cultivate a sense of oneness.

Majula’s yoga journey was not a linear path. She has weathered the storms of life with unwavering courage and a curious spirit. Raised in a tumultuous environment with limited means, she learned early on the value of resilience and perseverance. Her innate curiosity led her on a journey of self-discovery. A natural thinker, she questioned conventional practices and rebelled against anything that did not resonate with her truth. In her pursuit of happiness, she explored various paths, seeking fulfillment beyond material comforts.
Her first connection to Yoga came through classical Indian dance and the martial art Kalaripayattu, where she discovered the intelligence of the body and the meditative rhythm of movement. Drawn by its promise of inner peace and holistic well-being, she traveled to Kerala, South India where she delved deeper into Kalaripayattu, Yoga, and Ayurveda at different institutions.

Shiva’s journey into yoga began with quiet determination. Beneath his steady presence lies a bright, burning fire: focused, tireless, and full of heart. Raised in a small, remote village with limited opportunities, Shiva left home at just 16 with a simple desire—to grow, to explore, and to truly live.
Introduced to the yogic path by his elder brother, Anil Baba, Shiva quickly found himself deeply drawn to the discipline and depth of traditional practice. But it wasn’t just exposure—it was his own hunger, consistency, and drive that shaped him. Day after day, he showed up fully. Whether practicing, learning, cleaning, cooking, or studying, Shiva gave his all—with a smile, and without complaint.
